In  de jaren'60 werden jonge kinderen in psychiatrische inrichtingen, kindertehuizen en andere residentiële instellingen soms onderworpen aan experimentele therapie. 

In the 1960s, young children in psychiatric institutions, children's homes, orphanages and other residential institutions were sometimes subjected to experimental (psycho or pharmacy) therapy.
