Trauma art

The Language of cPTSD

The works on this page are a raw, visual record of 14 years of state-sanctioned isolation and torture. Before observing, I ask you to suspend judgment. In a society and a healthcare system (GGZ) that offers no adequate refuge for survivors of complex PTSD (cPTSD), art remains the only territory for processing. These pieces are not polished for the mainstream; they are forensic evidence of survival—a visceral response to a stolen childhood and a lifelong journey of integration.
