Jimmy Groen, based in Slenaken, investigates symbolism, identity and the softness of social imagination.  He is the illustrator of the poetry of the Dutch poet Lennart Willems. 

Since 2025, Jimmy has focused on multimedia art in which handmade work, digital work and multimedia techniques such as video, audio and installation are merged into new work.  In addition to making multimedia arts, he is most still working in aquarel. 

He regards his art as part of a  self created Magic Paradise, n which the impossible can exist. 

Jimmy Groen is currently represented by Soho Galleri in Sweden.
